"The Tivoli Oriente has finalized the renovation of its rooms and public areas. The rooms and public areas of the top four floors of the Tivoli Oriente in Parque das Nações have been totally renovated, part do of the hotel's remodelling programme which also included the reception area.

Decorated by Maria Ilharco de Moura, 80 rooms of the Tivoli Oriente now have two different themes: blue and red, alternating floor by floor.

Changes to the rooms included carpeting, curtains and bed linen, furniture, plasma screens, mini-bar, bathrooms with new materials such as glass and burnt cement. On the blue floors the shades and materials are more classical and understated while on the red floors they are more “vibrant” and “romantic”.

The view from the rooms is the same, looking out onto the hubub of Parque das Nações, the Oceanarium, Vasco da Gama Bridge and the River Tagus …

Another new development is the Tivoli Caffè Oriente, which with a view of Oriente Station and a comfortable decoration in shades of brown and gold, “is a clear invitation to sit down with a coffee and a delicious muffin in the morning, enjoy a light lunch or a late afternoon cocktail”.
